How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 days within Germany. Outside of Germany, it can take up to 15 working days. Once the order is confirmed, our delivery team will contact you to schedule the home delivery date.

Can I customize the vehicle before delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate customization requests before delivery. However, if you have specific preferences or needs, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you within the scope of our services.

Are the photos provided online reliable representations of the actual vehicles?

What happens if I am not satisfied with the vehicle after delivery?

We understand your concerns. If the vehicle does not meet your expectations or presents issues upon delivery, you have 15 days to request a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Is there a warranty on the vehicles?

While we cannot offer a long-term warranty, we do provide a 3-month warranty to cover any major issues that may arise. The vehicles are sold as-is, but they match the description and photos provided on the site. Any defects or mechanical issues will be clearly specified in the description.

Do the listed prices include government fees, or are there additional taxes?

All displayed prices include government fees. You can shop with confidence knowing that there are no hidden costs.

How can I exercise the right of withdrawal?

If for any reason you wish to return the vehicle within 15 days of delivery, contact us via email and we will provide you with a withdrawal form. We will arrange for the vehicle to be picked up, and you will receive a full refund.

What payment options are available?

We offer the convenience of ordering online with a bank transfer through a registered invoice payment option.
You can secure the vehicle with a 50% deposit, and the remaining amount is payable upon delivery.
You can benefit from a 10% discount by paying 100% before delivery.

What documents do I need to provide for payment and delivery?

To start the process, you will need to provide an ID, proof of residence, and any other documents required to process the payment and arrange the delivery.

How can I be sure the vehicle is in good condition without seeing it in person?

Each vehicle undergoes a rigorous inspection and is checked based on numerous checkpoints by automotive professionals. We provide detailed photos and information online to help you make an informed decision about the vehicle’s condition.

Can I physically inspect the vehicle before purchasing?

We can arrange to bring the vehicle from the secured parking for inspection at our address. However, a 30% payment is required, which will be fully refunded if you are not satisfied with the vehicle.
